Job Analysis & Written Job Descriptions

The association can provide several levels of assistance, from providing sample job descriptions to conducting an analysis, updating existing job descriptions and writing new ones.

Skill & Aptitude Testing

The Association is the largest shoreline assessment center for measuring skills and aptitudes.  We have a variety of validated tests for entry level and executive candidates.  The tests we use are validated and provide thorough applicant reports and interview guides; manager reports and development strategies.
